What success looks like in practice

Customers can find their invoices and change routine account details without opening a support ticket. The ticket target only counts if we are not hiding a broken contact route. Ask support to review the first week's cases alongside the dashboard.

The two-region launch gives us a smaller first cohort and time to fix the help content. Arjun owns the migration checks; Lena owns the security review. I am responsible for making sure the handoffs are explicit rather than assuming everyone has read every update.

Before the go/no-go

- Get a named owner for each rollback action. - Ask support to test the customer email links. - Write the pause criteria in the launch document.

Do not add the account redesign to this release. It is useful work, but it is a different decision.
