NorthCloverAgreement and eligibility
These terms apply to NorthClover, developed by Kuldeep Baral. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live, or use the app under the supervision of someone who can.
Your content belongs to you
We do not claim ownership of the entries, notes, goals, reminders, or attachments you create. NorthClover stores this content on your device, and optional sync transfers it directly between devices you pair. We cannot access or recover content for you. Please make backups, especially before uninstalling, replacing a device, or changing storage.
Plans, trials, and purchases
The desktop app has a free, time-limited trial. Paid desktop plans, including annual and lifetime options, are offered at the price and with the features shown at checkout. Android purchases may be billed through Google Play. The provider shown at checkout processes the payment and may have its own billing terms.
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. A lifetime desktop license is a one-time license, not a promise that the software or every connected service will remain unchanged forever.
Use NorthClover responsibly
Use the app only on devices and data you have permission to access. Do not use pairing or sync to access someone else's device without consent, redistribute NorthClover outside authorized channels, or interfere with its operation for others.
Availability and limits
We work to keep NorthClover reliable, but software can have defects or interruptions. The app is provided as available and, to the extent allowed by law, without a guarantee that it will always be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page will show the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way before they take effect where required.
